Lisa Reigl studied European Public Health, International Health, and Social Policy in Maastricht and Bremen. After first professional experiences at the German Bundestag, GIZ, and the GVK Emergency Management Research Institute (Hyderabad, India), she worked as a scientific project manager at the Bernhard Nocht Institute for Tropical Medicine in Hamburg, including a two-year consultancy assignment with the East African Community in Arusha, Tanzania. Lisa also worked as a project manager for the Water Foundation.
Since January 2022, she has been supporting the social science work package of the Pediatric Praziquantel Consortium ADOPT program, as a research associate and PhD student at the Center for Global Health, Technical University of Munich (TUM).
